​Connect: monthly peer support for Parents/Carers​

​Connect groups are 2 hours long and take place monthly in six locations around the County. They are for the parents and carers of children or young people at any stage of their ADHD journey. The groups will be facilitated by two members of the Heads Up team and will be a place to learn more about different aspects of ADHD, how to manage the challenges this may bring to family life and to celebrate the good stuff! Most of all, Connect will give parents and carers a place to share their experiences and get peer support from other families who 'get it'. You can attend a group at the location most convenient to you.
