Wellbeing in Pregnancy (Building Communication Skills)
Antenatal group for parents-to-be who live in Leicester City.
Over the four sessions we cover everything that pregnant parents want to know about how to have a healthy pregnancy, emotionally. We will look at ways to cope with worry, stress and anxiety during pregnancy and how to bond and communicate with your baby before and after birth. Then we will talk about getting ready for being a parent and what to expect.
The sessions are friendly and supportive, and also give you the opportunity to connect and meet other parents to be.
You are welcome to bring along someone who will be supporting you during your pregnancy or when your baby is born.
Support with transport to the group is available.
