Our programmes (groups)
We provide support for people living in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We are a registered charity and sometimes our funders ask us to focus on helping people in specific geographical areas (e.g. Leicester City) which means the group will not be open to everyone. Please make sure you read the criteria for each group before filling in a referral form.
Each of our groups has different focus e.g. anxiety, general mental health, behaviour and conflict. We are delivering groups in person at community venues around the City and County.
We have four main categories of support, all of which are FREE to you to access. Click on the relevant button below to see more details of our groups, availability and referral links.
Handy hint: when it comes to making a referral, there is an option on the form to request support for a young person and parent (if you need it), without having to complete two forms.

Training for professionals
We are also a well established training provider of our group work programmes and deliver accredited training to professionals working with families across Leicestershire, as well as nationally. We are regularly commissioned by the Leicester City and Leicestershire County Councils and other agencies across the UK to deliver specialist parenting, family support training and workshops for parents.
