What's it like coming to a group? 

The idea of coming to a group might seem daunting, but we know that 'the power of the group' is where the magic happens! By this we mean that in a group of people experiencing similar difficulties, either as a parent or young person, you will start to see that your struggles are normal and you aren't the only one. Our team will make you feel welcome and safe, enabling the group to learn together and share experiences.
