Together: Sessions for parents/carer of young people attending Boost

If your young person has been referred to the Early Intervention Service for support with their mental health, we will ask you to attend two Together sessions which will run at the same time as the first two Boost sessions. this will help you understand what we will be covering in the Boost sessions, how you can support your young person and how to take care of your own wellbeing too.

When we book your young person onto Boost we will talk to you about attending a Together session.

What participants say...
"It's good to meet others in the same situation."
"So helpful knowing we are not on our own facing the challenges supporting our young people."
If your young person needs support with their mental health you can ask your GP to refer them to the Early Intervention Service or you can make a self referral on this website www.myselfreferral-llr.nhs.uk
