Overcoming Anxiety is an 8 week programme is specifically targeted towards Young People aged 11-16 who are struggling with anxiety and how to manage it in a positive way. Their behaviour, thoughts and feelings are affected by their levels of anxiety, and this impacts on their relationships with others.
This programme includes topics relating to understanding anxiety and promoting positive mental health for Young People, along with tools and strategies for managing their anxiety.
